What to Expect

Step 1: Meet your team

First, you’ll be greeted by our friendly, energetic team. That will never change. We’re always happy to see you!

You’ll meet one of our new patient coordinators who will give you a tour of the office, discuss your concerns and clarify your smile goals.

Step 2: Begin your exam

Now, we take care of the official stuff. Using the advanced iTero® handheld digital scanner, we’ll take quick and easy scans of your teeth and bite. (None of that weird goopy putty necessary.)

The iTero scanner produces an easy, comfortable digital scan for Doc Russell to assess your smile, but it also creates a simulated preview of your treatment results for you. If you would like a sneak peek of your stunning new selfie-worthy smile before you even begin treatment, we can make that happen!

We’ll take digital x-rays with our ultra low-radiation x-ray machine. Doc Russell will use these diagnostic photos, dental scans and x-rays to craft your personalized treatment plan.

Step 3: Get started with convenient DentalMonitoring

Orthodontic treatment is a convenient experience with us! We use Dental Monitoring to combine virtual care and remote treatment monitoring with personalized in-office visits to tailor your entire experience to you and your unique needs.

We monitor your treatment remotely to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to identify problems early on. Then when you do visit us, Doc Russell already has a full understanding of your needs so we can be as efficient and personalized as possible.

That means fewer visits for you, and care on your own time.

Step 4: Meet Doc Russell

Doc Russell is here to guide you along your smile transformation. You can expect personal attention from him.

He will become your personal orthodontist, and perform a detailed exam of your current smile to prepare for your new smile. From here, he’ll discuss his findings with you and present your personalized Invisalign treatment options. If you still prefer braces, we’ll help you choose the right plan.

Step 5: Pick your customized payment plan

Our new patient coordinator will sit down with you and work out a financial plan to cover the cost for Invisalign or braces.

We’ll discuss your needs, calculate your insurance benefit, and create a payment plan that suits your budget. We’re known for making awesome affordable!
